Pakfeifer+Evo style hood (non carbon fiber)...

Post by cduBBz'915 »

hey oscar, do you guys still have the original Evo style hood mold, you didon the carbon fiber hood group buy? well i was thinking..canyou guys produce that hood but without the carbon fiber(Fiberglass) or any other style? and maybe even throw a group buy on it? i think the mx3 community would love a hood like that! since we dont have a regular functional hood outthere, except carbon fiber. Come on guys what do you think? Something new for 2005!! :D

I suggested this but i guess people found it way to pricey.. 300 + shipping. I guess better off with a carbon fiber hood eh :P

this forum is very dead.... i guess thats why we have difficult times getting mods for our MX (nobody gets together and wants to see it get produced) i know people out there want a fiberglass hood. PLEASE tell me if im so wrong!

This was already planned for. It was just a matter of timing.

OF course, since we make the hood in C.F, I could very easily make it available in fiberglass to those whom are interested. No group buy necessary as the design is already available and it is only a matter of materials used.

But... If more than a few members are interested in this, I could make a special rate.

Please email me at info@pakfeifertuning.com for ordering information and post here so i may see the demand and base pricing accordingly.

Thanks

INVADER or INVERTED ?

this is INVERTED:

I would be able only to make this style available in fiberglass; as well as Carbon/Kevlar in several colours including now popular silver.

what type of evo hood?

evo4? 5? 7? or 8?

each hood is slightly different, i personally like the 5/6 series hoods
with the double vent and the small air ram inlet.
