Seat cover help/question.

I want to make seat covers for my car out of lycra. I want it to stretch over the seat so it is tight, but also follow the form of the seat. Any ideas on how I can get it to form the seat without gluing it in.

Sew ribs into it to form to the seat, or sew directly to or through the foam.
It'll give a few horizontal lines, but if done right would look normal anyway (cuz even the stock seats do that).
