b6t tranny suggestions?

Just finishing up gettin all the stuff together fer my swap and was lookin at possibly changing my tranny out. Is there something else I can use?

Supposedly the Pro LX tranny bolts up, haven't tried it myself. Try giving Derrick a call, he will know.

The B6 and BP are identical in that respect. trannies will interchange.

yeah, there are a few things that will need to be done. not sure about the jack shaft because the shafts are identical in length. it's the brackets that are different. i don't know how the combo of the b6 and pro lx tranny works. also, when the clutch is fully engaged(foot off the pedal), the slave cylinder piston is too long and bottoms out so if you experience any slipping, you have to take out the piston and grind it down some. the slave cylinders are mounted differently which i believe is what causes this. as far as the bolt goes, it's one of the bolts on the rear tranny mount. it interferes with the shifter linkage. i cut off the excess bolt coming out of the nut. that's the only way because you can't turn the bolt around or the excess will hit the frame.

WHERE DID YOU GET THE JDM B6T CAUSE i'VE ASKED IMPORTERS AND THEY SAY IT DOESN'T EXIST
