which i/c should i get...<P>a spearco i/c for 400 shipped<BR>core=17x6x3.5<P>a star performance(eclipse) for 480 shipped<BR>core=24x6.5x2.25

The spearco has a better size of core, it will resist heat soak better. The overall dimensions of the other unit is good but it is rather thin. I would go with the Spearco.<P>Chris Malden
