You mean the shifter bushings? Just crawl under the car and go at it. Is your shifter too tight?
Maybe explain what problem you're having and we can give you more advice.

It also gets difficult to shift when its like that. the gear oil is full with mazda 75-90.
thanks
ps. what do u mean go at it? do i need to take anything apart and also what grease do i use?

To grease your bushings you will need to remove the bolt going through the bottom of the shifter that attaches it to the linkage (the black rod with the other end bolted to your tranny). I believe this is a 12mm nut. I have some Valvoline grease you can get at Autozone. If you're shifts suck and you're going to be removing the bushings anyway, why not replace them? A few bucks from Mazda or $30USD for Bronzoil ones at Corksport.
John
