Can't pass smog no matter what!

I hope someone can actually help and not say "Buy a new engine". I have a 92 V-6 GS MX-3 it's a gross polluter.I've done everything possible except rebuild the engine. I performed the following:<BR>Maj. Tune-up <BR>New: O2 sensors , catalytic converter,spark plugs and wires.valve cover gaskets,cleaned fuel injectors, egr valve,new belts.<BR>adjusted idle,flusheed engine.<BR>i did everything possible to make it pass it did help. it's only failing by a few pionts.<BR>took it to the dealer they can't figure it out, they think it's the valves but their not sure! And in california it's hard to find someon that'll pass it on the down low!<BR>well for under $400.<BR>any suggestion would help. <BR>I'm just about ready to go crazy :p
