shifting problems

I've had my mx3 for almost 2 years now. It has always been hard to shift into 2nd gear for some reason. And same with 1st gear sometimes, like when i'm slowly rolling and i'm still going too slow to drop it into 2nd. anoyone know wats up with my car?

Have you ever driver a stick that went into 2nd gear good? mine is the same way even with a new clutch
