KL_ZE questions

I have a few questions about mods you can do to the KL_ZE engine.<P>First (prolly stupid) Will the PRM intake fit on the KL_ZE?<P>Second, Should I use a 2" or 2.25" exhaust on the ZE? I know that you should on ly go 2" on the K8 but not sure on the ZE.<P>Third, I have heard of "phenolic spacers" what are the purpose of these and will the ones for the PGT fit on the ZE also?<P>Fourth, What are the main differences between the KL_ZE and the KL_03? I know compression, head, manifold, and cams.<P>Fifth, What kind of gas milage do the peeps with the ZE get?

Im pretty sure the KL 03 has only 160 HP while ZE is 200hp. I know 03 is muuch cheaper then the ZE. Um. yah, that's all i can think off top of my head. :)

1. I don't think the PRM will fit on the ZE if you use the ZE intake manifold/ throttle body. I do beleive that will require some modification.<BR>2. There has been some debate about the 2.25, some say it doesn't allow enough back pressure, some say bigger is better.<BR>3. I don't know if the phenolc spacers will line up on the ZE, you can try the ones made for the North American 2.5, if you use the ZE manifold, but they do claim to increase upto 5hp.<BR>4. I do know that my friend's ZE didn't come with an egr sensor, may not have the same calibration( I think? )<BR>5. If you're going from a 1.8 V6 to the 2.5 ZE you'll notice a huge diff. I can guarantee it won't be as good as the 1.8. [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

What would be the top amount of hourse power that I could get out of the KL-ZE. before and after turbo.
I am looking into a way to put turbo under the hood and will let you all know how where as soon as I find out

I tried to order phenolic spacers for my ZE but I was told they quit making them. They (Outlaw Racing??) suggested buying the 2.5L spacers and modifying them with a drill/grinder.
KLZE, ZE PCM, UR pulley, PS catback, PS STS, PRM, IAC bypass, 64mm TB, FOP hair gel
