The stupid beeper

My 96 Eunos 30x has always beeped when the key is in and either the lights are on but now when i unlock the doors it beeps for about 30 seconds why would it be doing this please help its driving me crazy<BR>

Does anyone know exactly where the beeper box is? I've removed them from Chevy trucks before, but I can't seem to find it in my <BR>Mx-3.
