Hi Lil Ruby! I hope that everyone will realize that the BigFix is not a panacea for ALL of your PC probs. [like when one of your sons DELETES an application-DUH!!!]but it will help-little by little-eliminate those probs. caused by outdated patches, or missing info. within the system. I'm very impressed by its' ability to spot and identify probs. which you don't even know exist; real cool! I'm glad someone checked it out and I hope that all probs. that you may have in your system will be resolved....Manny
