tranny swap

Hey i was wondering what kinda transmition could be swaped in a 92 mx-3 automatic?? i think mine is going out soon and would rather buy a new one than have the old one rebuilt.. thanks guys..

Well Dude, If I were you I would dump the MX-3 Automatic and just get a 5 speed with a good tranny in it, because you're looking anywhere from $500-$1500 Depending on the quality of the tranny, and you can buy a Nice 1994 Mazda MX-3 5spd Just like I did for $2500 or less

for less than 2500$ was it installed for you and did it include all the parts nessecary for the swap?

I think he means a whole new MX-3, not just the tranny.
