1993 MX-3 GS Buyer Guide?

I'm shopping for a new car and stumbled accross a 1993 MX-3 GS with 122k miles on it. I have not yet seen the car but was wondering if you guys could give some tips on what to look for. The guy is asking $2995 USD, which seems a bit high considering the mileage. Any input or advice would be more than appreaciated. Thanks.

first off is it a stick or an automatic gs? most important thing about buying a gs is the jspec engine swap which will give you approx. 200hp and in an mx3 that is alot. at least its not a honda lol

i like the interior dash of the 94s and up. the GS is a 6 and it might be hard to find it in any year beyond a 1994. i would love to get a GS in the 96 to 98 years. Guess it is not cheap to import those from other countries, esp overseas.

BTW how do u get a Mazda naked? So i can drive it naked?
Shave the emblems? what else?
