Trunk hatch idea..

It has a much smaller window which turns into a "trunk". It would make our cars look alot different. Take a look at any 3rd gen RX-7 from the rear.

Was thinking of making one myself. Have looked at a couple different trunk lids and most of them don't give enough room for the back seats and seat belts. Would be easier to make a new one out of fiberglass

i think some kind of conversion is needed - the back window is the weakest looking part of an mx-3 imo

i have been thinking about how to make one for the last few days now coincidently.........and i dont even own an mx-3 yet :D

my day will come..sooner rather than later hopefully :)

i would be into a GB. only for CF though. i would think the whole thing would run like 600 to 800 for a lexan hatch w/ CF frame on a GB.
