Insomnia

Hey, I have the worst case of insomnia. In fact I have at least one night a week that I don't go to sleep at all. Does anyone know any ways to help me? Please don't give me any well-known ones like warm milk, counting sheep, or read a book. I need something that I havn't tried. Any info would be helpful. Thanks people.

i have a few friends that have insomnia. one<BR>s on med. and the other's med won't work . i dunno.

you are not alone by any means...there are nights that i am up until 3 or 4 am without a thing to do ( i get up at 6 am every day) ....except that i have friends with the same problem, who i talk on aim all night with (that helps somewhat)..usually when i do get into bed i am dead tired tho...thank god for the internet [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]
