I don't understand you guys can be doing over the maxium speed of the vehicle on a stock K8? It redlines in 5th at around 123mph???

Actually, the K8 redlines at around 225 kph which is about 135 mph. My top speed was 227 with my old roomate right behind in his 95 civic si doing the same.

Wait, so your saying this sites info on the 1995 GS is inacurate? I'm not saying, that this isn't impossible, but somehow it seems unlikely.

And btw, I'm not trying to call anyone a liar with my coments...only trying to get how some1 could possibly get such high numbers on a stock k8.

aww this certanly sucks..I was all excited when I got my mx3 but when I saw the numbers :*( topping at 130 isnt bad i guess. I got this car cuzz sum mechanic messed my 87 maxima up, i got court next week. dam this bites :*( I used to own all them civics and acuras well it does looke very nice. As a matter of fact :p It got me a few chikcs last week :p I like the design and 3rd gear but well..its an entry level sports car?? Why does the speedo rear 150 o.0 if it cant go that ? the maxima would read 125 but it would top around 130 .. Dont get my wrong..I love this cars look and feed, nice car to get around. I guess not a racing kind of car.
