Need help have problem

well i have found a bp for my mx3 and well its about 30 minutes away from where i live and the engine needs some tlc and since it hasnt been on the road in about a year i need to find a tow dolly and i would rather not pay uhaul 40$ +taxes and then have them inspect my towing vehicle and say no so my question is. is there anyone in upstate ny that would loan me theres?id need it for about 1.5 hours, or if no one has one or will not lend . my next question is it legal to tow on the expressway?I know the answer is probably no, but what if i did it at 3 in the morning? help plz or should i just get the uhaul dolly?

most places in the Us its leagle to tow aslong as you do the speed minimum in the far right lane.

it is legal to tow on the high way
& late @ night is a good idea

you could always call a tow company.....i know in md its like 55 bucks for the first 50 miles
