Ive tried doing some searches, on google and on here, for some possible engine swaps or performance upgrades to this wonderful FE engine
. Id prefer not to swap out the engine because I don't have the cash to do it properly right now.From what I've gathered, please correct me if Im wrong, the F2 engine is *basically* a stroked version of the FE. I read the Mazda engine interchangablitlilty, wow I can't spell, guide and its VERY brief on the F series engines.
Im also wondering if the head will be able to interchange from the two (3 valves per cyl. verus 2).
Is the FE engine a lost cause? Should I look into a BP swap?
Any links, information, or ANYTHING will help me out a heck of a lot!
