i was wondering if the K8 trany will fit on a Millenia S motor and how close the mounts are or are they the same?? i know a Protege that has a Millenia S motor in his car and its 5speed. I am looking to do the swap!

Well since the KJ block is a K series, and all other K series have G25M-R trannies, I'd say it would work. there is already a guy with a S motor with a 5speed and i was told its a k8 trannyi know i will have to get a hood made because of clearance problems but i was told thats all i will have to do! anyone got more info on this?

i think hes in the toronto area i have never seen his car only heard about when i started to ask about this swap! i think his name is Paulo or soemthing like that!

The S motor has alot of potenial and to get a 2.5 up to its HP rating will prob cost more then the S motor but the S motor could get exspensive if i have to do serious body mods to get it to fit! i know a modified hood will be required but i am hoping thats it

i will be the hardest part is gonna be finding a decenyt motor with low KM i foudn one in ottawa but it had 150km and thats to much iw ant soemthing with under 100km
