I have a 93 mx3 SOHC 1.6l with over 500,000km on it!! The problem is I have a burned exhaust valve so!! I was just wondering what would be cheaper getting the engine rebuilt or just getting the cylinder head done?? So here is my question what would it cause to get my engine re-built say in the Toronto area and how much with it cost to go the other way and just get a refurbished head!! Because I might just get the engine done if it’s not much more then getting the cylinder head done!!
P.S. my compression test was 180, 160, 60, 180psi when I did it today!! Wet test was about the same! Little more but it was even rise across the cylinder! So my rings are good!
Thanks in advance

If by any chance you can not do the BP swap buy an exchange motor from your local Japanese Exchange.
