My Car Horn Doesn't work anymore?

Does anyone have any ideas of fixing my car horn? It was working a couple of days ago but now it doesn't work anymore when I try using it? Loose wire? Which One? any ideas?

Did you check the fuse?

where's the fuse? Inside the hood or under the steering wheel? Couldn't find it that's why.

Also I forgot to add that when I try to use the horn it makes a clicking sound that seems to be coming from underneath the steering wheel right above the brake pedal.

It would be sweet to have some nice truck airhorns, so if someone cuts you off, you let them have it... bu then you need a compressor, and I don't think our engines would like that much. On the serious side, your horn could just be worn out... one way to check it is to run 12V right to the horn, and see if it makes any noise... if no - then the horn is toast. If it makes noise, look at the switch/fuse/relay (?) (relays make clicking noises)
