Best parts to use???

Im wondering if anyone can give me suggestions on what kind of engine components i should purchase{pistons,valves,the works from top to bottom. Ihave the 1.6 DOHC

oooooo, if you buy two of everything, you can give me free parts right???? well either way the answer depends on how far your planning on going with the engine, turbo-SC-Natural Aspiration, set a goal for hp/tourque, 1/4 speed, or drifting simplicity. <p>personally, I'm all about the drifting, cause speed is nice and all, so is boasting about how much hp, your kicking out if a 1.6..... but drifting in a front wheel drive car takes skill which many people don't posses.<p>gutszi

I just want to do a full engine rebuild with a little better than stock replacement parts. Wanted to get some input on what parts people have used and what the results were.
