A/C compressor help

there is a piece on the bottom back of my a/c compressor that appears to be a spring loaded pressure release valve. Yesterday all my freon came out and the valve is stuck in the open position. I was wondering if i could get one of these from the mazda dealership and about how much they cost also would anyone happen to know what this piece is called????? [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]
