Powder coating power steering lines

Post by WhiteFinish »

Would it be ok to powder coat the power steering lines ?
The ones that run in front of the radiator ?

One hand I think they run there to loose heat and shouldn't have a coating
Other hand, how much effect could it have.
Just another Mx3 freak :)

Should be fine. Or you could replace the line with a tiny little power steering cooler. Just to give you options...

Great idea, have a cooler to cool off p/s fluid. Do not powder coat as it will prevent it from cooling off heat.
