Would it be ok to powder coat the power steering lines ?
The ones that run in front of the radiator ?
One hand I think they run there to loose heat and shouldn't have a coating
Other hand, how much effect could it have.

Should be fine. Or you could replace the line with a tiny little power steering cooler. Just to give you options...
