So, I was fixing my stereo and made something all fucky.
I wired the "positive dimmer" to the "illumination" wires on the aftermarket stereo harness. In hopes of having the faceplate constantly lit.
My dash lights went out, and it appears that it blew the LED on the stereo faceplate.
Doing so blew my dashboard lights that run through the dimmer switch. I swapped the dimmer switch from my GS and it still won't work.
The clock does not dim like it used to when I turn on my running/headlights. I'm thinking relay is out.
Anyone know which relay controls the dash lights?
Currently, my stereo works (but the faceplate will not light)
No dash lights, but running lights and headlights work.
EDIT
Looks like I found the issue. I had a corroded wire behind my fuse box and that blew before the fuse did. Replaced the wire and everything is working again.
