[GI] Custom Titanium retainers for KL

Post by SuperK »

I will be ordering a set of titanium retainers for my project.

These retainers will work with either stock DE springs, interprep springs, or any other spring that is exactly the stock dimensions.

They will also use stock locks.

PPPC will be the manufacturer. Pricing is as follows:
$14.75 if 50 pieces are ordered, $18 if it's under 50.

This is not a discussion of the pros and cons of Ti retainers to X RPM. This is simply a GI thread for those who want them.

If you would like to discuss the effective use of the retainers, please create another thread.

Thanks,
Kris

OK, will you need the large intake retainers to match the KL31 intake springs, or do you want the same size exhaust retainers all the way around? (KL01/KLDE retainers)

I have a set of the Ti KL31 intake spring retainers I will be selling for $100, so then you would only need to have 12 of the exhaust retainers made.

I would like to buy your existing Ti KLZE intake spring retainers and a "full set" (x12) of the KL01 sized retainers in Ti for the exhaust side.

First post updated.

I locked down a reputable supplier who had good recommendations. Here is what he said:

We only use the top grade of Ti-17 (same as Del West) so ours are $14.75 for 50 pcs or more $18 each for less pieces. This grade of material holds up much longer (it's not annealed) for longevity. It's more expensive is the cost difference.
