Have one fresh off of my SE that I replaced with (yes) a brand new one....leather is intact and looks like it will live for quite some time, but the "24R" and part of the "5" is worn:

Yup - saw that. Understandably, he wants one in better shape. This is the best original condition one of the three cars we have had. Not sure there are many in nicer shape but.....
