Sunroof gasket?

Anyone know where to get a new one besides the stealership? I need a new one along with cleaning my drains.. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Anyone know which part is the rubber gasket as opposed to the grey felt trim?
One is $95 the other is $55.

Take it to the dealer if your close get your knolage and buy online, done it more than once ;)
