R12 to R134 freon swap

Hi,<BR>can anyone tell me what all has to be done to swap from r12 to r134 ,if anyone has done it can you tell me how it worked out,also my compressor has a loud clicking when idiling ,but stops as soon as you give it a little gas,any ideas on this.<BR>thanks

Compressor oil or refrigerant leak. See page U-G-61 of the online shop manual.

u can buy the cheaper cooland but u need a special clamp which punctures can and has a differnt valve on end My freon was empty and system tested and they couldn't find a leak so we bought the cheap stuff and forced it in it did not hurt the system and is like 3dollars a can may work for you will not hurt ur system melanie
