[WTB] 5 Speed MX-3, etc transmission

Like the title says, im looking for a replacement transmission for my 96 Mazda MX-3.

Criteria:

• Must be within Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Brantford, Hamilton Area
  Must be a 5 Speed Manual
  Has to have been stored inside, preferably with some fluid left in it
  cant have any syncro issues
  doesn't need a throw out bearing etc
  knowledge of the approximate KM's on the tranny
