Pulling out body damage
Does anyone have a better idea than this?; I am thinking about buying a ratcheting cable puller, and modifying one end to accept up to 3 bolts. That way, I can bolt it into the bolt holes in the damaged area, and pull it out. When it is as close as I can get, I will then pull each bolt hole into it's proper place. For the parts that are sheet metal, I will drill holes, put a thick washer, and rubber washer on the other side, and pull it into place. I don't have a torch, but can buy one of those small ones, if necessary. Then, I will buy the metal piece used to tap out the creases as much as possible.

Ratcheting cable pullers are pretty cheap too. I had my frame straightened once and that's what the shop used as the frame only had to be moved about an inch. Using metal blocks like they use to install trailer hitches would distribute the forces once bolted in place if there's room.

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Re: Pulling out body damage
I say you attach one cable to your car and the other to Moon's front tow hook and slowly pull it out
you can get a slide hammer, they are kind of pricy. I would try the ratcheting cables first.

Re: Pulling out body damage
You should pull it out as much as possible then cut out damaged area (in your case radiator support) and weld in donor panel.
