Well I guess if someone happened to break into your house and take your eyelids it'd be a damn shame hahahahah :D

Haha... well I'm thinking I might have to change over to LEDs then eventually... just not sure about the indicators, as I don't think I can be screwed doing the resistors.... Maybe I should just wait til I have my Altezzas, then do it all... hmmm....

it's super super easy since most resistor kits come with wire tap connectors, so you don't even have to solder.

what's this i see? they're finally done?!?!?? only took about 3 months to get them installed lol

I came over to Evo's place and watched him wire up my Projectors and HIDs ahaha. He also replaced my spark plug wires, and I swear to god the throttle response is better and the car goes even faster. Performance has gone up maybe 25-35%. It feels insanely different, I have to drive my car differently now hahah.
He did a mighty fine job at it, a very nice setup and they work magnificently. I just need to even out the beams properly, I'm not really sure what I'm doing so I'm gonna try it tomorrow and find a nice place for the beams to hit as they are intersecting at a horrible angle right now. I think if I tighten one side and loosen the opposite side it would move towards the nut I'm tightening, anyone know how that works? And how should the beams properly point out? My guess is that they should be straight out and shouldn't intersect so that the light goes outward straight.
I found this guide but it makes very little sense to me as far directions go. http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/aim/aim.html
I'm just gonna park a car twenty feet in front and check the vertical by wether it blinds the other driver or not haha.

But my car bathes the road in light, its wonderful :D

For the LED's.... Mx's use a thermal flasher. The power sent to the signals goes through a unit that has a wire in it that heats up and bends, opening the circuit, then cools, bends back, and closes it again. If your draw is too high (resistance too low) then it heats up too fast, and you get the fast flashing.

Look at what wattage the stock bulbs are, and then apply

R=v^2 / P where V is the alternator provided voltage, and P is the bulb wattage.

Then you need to add a resistor of that (R) value. You can neglect the resistance of the LED(or measure it, but its a little difficult), just round down your R value. If its too fast/slow for you, change it out for 1 or 1/2 ohm higher/lower.

If you want a webpage to read.... http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/components/led.htm

So i've got a list here that I want to get on top of:
1. Install bolt next to my headlight so my bumper won't fall off.
-Me and Evo forgot to replace them or something, not too sure what happened
2. Get some more zip ties to make sure the wire tuck is proper for the lights(just insurance pretty much)
3. Pull out my day time runner fuse.
4. Pay someone to install my damn remote starter.
-I've had this since october I just didn't get it installed because I wanted to get it installed the same time as my power lock set up(it's a prostart 2in1 keyless entry and remote start, I just need an actuator basically). I have no idea how to do it and it seems ridiculously complicated and risky for an amateur. I'm hoping to get it installed for about $100.

Man oh man, you don't know regret until you sit in your cold car in -30 weather with a brand new remote start system in your back seat that you've had sitting around for three months.

By a shop, look at the prostart installation closer to $400-$500...

He seems legit, says he has done them before. I don't personally know anyone who has had them done by him though. I also know a friend of a friend who knows what he's doing and does them for 180. I've seen his handiwork and he seems to be reputable. I think I'll shoot him an email and see who seems more reputable to go to.
