If you can do it and keep it clean looking... by all means do it, I just hate seeing cars that have two mods, lowering springs(with stock struts-.-) and a CF hood. So many people choose those 2 items alone, and even well built cars that look like that will be treated the same. Granted, it's your decision as the owner of the car; I'm just telling you how I perceive cars that look like that.
Remember too that my Mx-3 was technically two-tone as well. I think she looked mean!MrMazda92 wrote:On a side note, isn't the RX-8 supposed to be near perfectly balanced corner to corner from the factory? If my memory of that is correct, don't you want to try and maintain that?

Visually there's only so much you can actually see unless you overdo it. What more is there than paint/CF/bodykit, rims and being lowered? More is really only getting tacky, IMO. I look forward to my car getting to that point, but performance > style, that's the priority. Hopefully it'll go coilover suspension -> supercharger -> rims & wider tires -> CF
Well, yes and no. Lighening a car has many more benefits, but if you're really concerned about balance, stuff like even an exhaust and a system would skew that too. The supercharger will add weight to the front end, so technically that would help offset it.
