That's the pump.
You'd have to swap the pulley, oil return hard line, the control valve and pressure switch from the old pump. You may also need to pick up some new o rings unless they come with the rebuilt unit. There are a couple o rings on the control valve, 1 on the pressure switch and another under the hard line. Just match the old o rings.

Re: power steering whine
Well it was whining during whole week and today on my way home it quit. Have to use 2 hands just to make a turn. Too bad they don't have rebuild kits for stock pump.

Re: power steering whine
Had some time to look at it today. Belt snapped. Looks like bearing in idler pulley froze so belt just rubbed against it. Pump is all dirty/wet. I guess I will replace pump and put in synthetic power steering fluid in it.

Re: power steering whine
Can't get any of the bolts off, there's just no room to get by hands in there with a ratchet and when I do, I can't break them loose...
I've just given up

Re: power steering whine
A bit late but I was able to get the whole P/S pump assembly bracket off (easier access to the timing cover) so I might as well reply with what I know.
Which bolt were you not able to take off? There should be two bolts holding the P/S pump. One at the front of the pump behind the pulley(dav is right you don't have to remove the pulley as the pulley has holes in it where you can slide your wrench in. it can also be used to keep the pulley from turning when removing the pulley). And one behind the pump. This one you will need to jack the car up a bit so you can get better access to it.

Re: power steering whine
Ended up my idler pulley bearing was seized. A new bearing pressed in at work and new Gates belt and it's like new
