Looking for winter storage

That dreaded season is nearing and I need your help guys. I don't have a garage and I don't plan on letting my MX-3 see any winters. Cancer is pretty bad up here as it is. If anyone has/knows of a place where I can store my car for the winter I would greatly appreciate it! Help out a fellow MX-3er!

What I'm looking for:
-Indoor (heating does not matter)
-Have access to my car to work on (not too often but so that I will be able to get some work done to it)
-Not picky about location as long as it's within the GTA or even a little bit outside of like Barrie, etc.

Oh and not too expensive please

see i have a 2 car garage and could prob rent out the one side of it.. dont know how you feel about comming up here to work on your car... but i do have a pile of tools and theres room to work on it..
