anyone know of cheap auto transport companies?

hey guys. looking for transport of a non-running car from kitchner to ottawa. any help is appreciated. thanks.

I don't think it'll be cheap any way you look at it bro, but I'll see if I can find anything out at work.

Would think that renting a car dolly would be the cheapest, only prob u have to drive there and back...prob 4.5 hours each way i would guess.

thanks john. you trying to make me feel worse about that? lol. i've been waiting to do the swap for a year and when i saw this i had to take it.

anyways, it's down to either a $500 shipping fee or around $200-250 for a tow dolly rental and gas in my gf's parent's van. either way i'll have a new toy this weekend. :D

It's about $70 taxes in to rent a tow dolly from U-Haul.

Obviously pick it up and drop it off at the same place and tell them you're just using it to move a car a couple of blocks. They give it to you for 24hrs, so you can do whatever you want with it.

I've done this. Moved 3 cars in one day. From Barrie to Mississauga, Mississauga to Kitchener, Kitchener to Paris then back to Mississauga.
