Please help me to choice stud wheels

Hello everybody!

I will lower my car and thought to order a kit from gmax. but when I go to register a car so I do not understand one thing, what does "stud pattern"? I do not know if I should choose 3 4 5 or 6?.
I have pasted a picture, help me to choose what I should take.
I have a 1997 mazda mx3
I will choose 3 Stud wheels? or should I choose Stud 4 wheels?

It seems language barrier may be an issue for you, but even with that taken into account, before lowering/buying wheels etc, you should at least know that the stock bolt pattern is 4x100mm

yes stud refers to the lug nuts. 4 nuts with 100mm spacing
