body-coloured inside of halo headlights?

If I had a car that wasn't black, I may have tried it. It could look really cool, like the Corvette headlights, and such. I'm sure you could just remove the retainer clips, and bake the sealent loose. I'm going to do that to put LED turn signals in the outer part of the housing.

i might give this a try and let you guys know how it looks. for some reason chrome hid halos on ebay are $195 but black ones are $245. being the cheap a-- that i am im going with the cheaper ones and probably eventually repaint them. really dont like the chrome

I saw a vette like that the other day... The guy was driving it into a canadian tire service bay

But the color of the headlights didn't match the gloss of the car and looked pretty gross

Someone here has them. Its def possibly and very easy to do. Just separete the lenses, mask and paint.
