speedo bolt

if anyone has a spare minute to remove the bolt that holds the speedo sensor into the top of a gseries mtx and measure it(length) that'd be great. I snapped mine off ofcorse while doing a little cleaning before i paint and i want to know how far in to drill so i dont go into the trans case. I know its a tall order but if your trans is sitting on the floor of your garage like mine it shouldnt be that bad, just dont break it...lol!
