I pm'ed this and I also included my name and cell phone number so he could call or text:

He replied with:

I wait patiently till (see date below) and reply with:

Only till today November 27 2009 did I add him on MSN to find out he sold them already.

If your into getting treated like s--- by all means do business with him. I won't ever and I was looking to buy other stuff from his car like interior panels but seriously not going to give someone like this my money.

Hrm, that's weird. I have dealt with him, and it was nothing but the best.

Answers all questions on time. Never had a problem at all. Everything he said he would do, he did.

Have you ever considered that maybe someone contacted him regarding items before you did? Regardless of how much contact information you left?

I went by his place from Mississauga on the 18th, and bought a few things.

If you look at his ad, you will see he last edited it on November 18th, marking things sold.

So regardless if you PM'd him that you are right around the corner or not, if someone PM'd him before you, they would obviously get dibs.

I got the same reply about waiting to see if the car will sell as a whole. And on the Sunday he mentioned, I wrote again, and got an answer. Which is when we arranged for me to make the trek out there.

The fact you wrote "Hey man, just wondering if you need hand removing the parts to everyone? I got some days off work and I'd be glad to help if need since your nearby" on the 21st only proves you didn't see that he marked the items you wanted as sold on the 18th. So how is this his fault?

Personally I think you are over reacting, and are making yourself look silly by not noticing things, then b----ing about them.

So defiantly you had dibs on the struts/springs and strut bars.

The fact he didn't reply saying they were sold or someone else "had dibs" or bought them, would have saved me a whole alot of time. I would have been happy with that, but he played it like that I was getting them.

You pm'ed him before me but i can't see what you pm'ed about, so obvious if he wrote "sounds good" then I would have gotten the idea they were mine.

I did see that they were marked sold. That could have ment to me. How should I know when I haven't heard anything from him yet, since I was under the impression I had dibs. Especially, when the only two things sold were the things I wanted.
