new clutch suggestions?

im planning on doing an engine swap on my 92 gs and solo_ ryder suggest that i replace my clutch at the same time. ive been looking on ebay and there is a few different ones but i have no clue what i should get. what is the difference between the "stages"? im planning on trying to find a klde 2.5l to throw in it if that makes a difference.

just wondering what the difference between these are and what i should buy? ive done a bit of browsing and from what i can tell is that people are saying the xtds are crap... any word on the exedy or f1s?

Ebay stage 3 clutches tend to act like stage 3 for a few months then they go back to stock feeling. For a n/a ze thats more than enough. if you are boosting, get name brand .

I think the best cheap clutch is the Exedy. I've had one in my 1.6 RS and 2.5 DE GS and they've held, no problems.
