You'll have to give me a little time. I placed your order for the poly pieces, but I'm right in the middle of putting together the GB order. Shouldn't be too long.

New update...some testing...some tweaking...positive results.
I have not been totally happy with the way the car has felt the last week or so and I suspect that it had to do with the way the bushings were originally installed. Let me explain...
The starting point in my bushing design was a set of SuperPro bushings I bought last year. With that product I noted that the sleeves were slightly longer than the bushings and this made sense to me so that was how I initially designed my bushings to be installed. However my bushings are different in that they are all 2 piece bushings and the length of the sleeves prevented the bushing halves from being properly compacted together. As a result my original purple bushings became stretched and though I later tightened them and they did feel better, I wasn’t completely happy.
So yesterday I went back in, removed everything and reinstalled a new set of bushings (80A this time) with shorter sleeves. I realized that in order for the 2 piece design to be properly supported they have to be really squished together. If they’re allowed to move around at all the halves of the bushing just don’t support each other the way a one piece bushing would. So you’ll notice when you receive them that the sleeves are about 3mm shorter than the bushings when assembled. When you install them you want to tighten these suckers down all the way.
I am pleased to report that my suspension is finally perfect. With the firmer bushings I can definitely feel more road vibration...but this beeotch is TOIGHT! This is what I was hoping to feel when I first started this project.
I have the machine work about 1/3 done. I didn’t want to go any further until I had tested them. I am now totally satisfied with the product and can deliver it to you with total confidence.

No, I'm using the stock sway bars with my rigid end links. My struts are ZX2 S/R shocks with Eibach lowering springs made for the Escort.

Just to waylay any fears which may be arrising due to delays with the machining process...this is what approximately 450 polyurethane bushings looks like.
My wife particularly loves it when I lay my stuff out on the kitchen table. The machine work is more time consuming than I had anticipated due to the fact that I...am not a machinist. I want very badly for the machined components to be of good quality so I am being a little bit anal. I'm about half done and I should be able to finish the rest this week. The problem is that I only have access to the machines on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays after work. I'm putting in 16 hour days on those days to try to get this done.
