Need b6 dohc MAF voltages at RPMs.

Hey guys... I upgraded the firmware of my fic and managed to delete my factory MAF map I had saved. I am pretty sure the range is from 0-5V but I am looking for the MAX voltage the MAF will read on an RMP scale.

I know it's a bit of a long shot.. any help would be great.

as an example of what I need:
The range is 0-5V
at 500 rpm the max the MAF will read is lets say 1v
at 1000 rpm -> 1.25v

So on an so forth. I'll try to source a miata scale as well.
