What is the front lip actualy made out of? It's not polyurethane is it? I'm wondering if I could use a product called Flash. Basically a super glue for plastics works amazing. but I think it only works on certain plastics.
Basically its just all cracked so just need a good glue to put it back together.

Re: Repairing Front Lip
I've successfully repaired plastics with epoxy 2 part glue ranging from $15 to $40
You still have to bevel out crack once repaired/glued from backside and then repair with polyester putty.
