i need help

i have a 1992 mx3 the problem is that it doesn't want to turn on it tries to turn on but it doesn't i bought new spark plugs new Spark Plug Ignition Wires i bought the fuel pump i also bought that thing that is kind of round that throws electricity to the ignition and nothing and the car is throwing good electricity and my tank is almost fuel if ya can help and tell what can probably be i wil thank ya alot god bless

Can you give more information?

Is the starter cranking the engine?
Do you smell gas after cranking for a while?
If the engine is not cranking, do you hear a ticking sound when you try to start it?
Is the battery in good shape?
Did you do anything to the engine (or the car in general) right before it died?
Can you be more specific (or post a picture) about "that round thing"?

yea it smells like gas when i try to start the car up
