Ok here is the low down. I just swapped out my 1.6 trany with a 1.8 tranny and got a set of escort gt axles went to put them in and they are too small!? WTF? ok so i counted the splines and messured the axles and one has 26 splines and the shaft that was stuck in the trany when i got it has 28 splines. I hope that makes sence to you guys. So what tranny do i have than? It says G5MO1 on the side of the tranny so i figured thats a G series trany.
Some one please help me.
Also one is i believe 24-25mm and the other is almost 28mm (28 spline)
any help please@!
