signal cam on steering column...simple fix if it just needs to be readjusted...you'll have to pull the steering wheel though.

Hey! That doesn't sound like a problem at all! Autosignals, I don't think anyone invented that yet. You're ahead of the game, really. Go patent that.

Lucky.

I know how annoying it can get...mine did it after i replaced stock steering wheel with momo wheel. But as for removing the stock one, as long as it does'nt have airbag, steps are as follows...
1. unhook neg bat term
2. unscrew horn pad(screws are in back of steering wheel) and gently pry off horn pad
3. if you have the wheel with cruise control buttons on, disconnect these
4. remove single bolt from center of steering wheel(cant remember exact size, but is less than 1")
5. caution...do not, i repeat, do not beat on steering wheel to knock loose...this can cause damage to the steering column
6. if the wheel doesnt come off with gentle rocking and pulling, then use an appropriate steering wheel puller

The cams are located underneath the wheel...if they are out of alignment, then they will cause the signal arm to click on when the wheel is turned...so just play around with it until you get the it just right...to test it, you can replace the steering wheel but do not bolt it on. then turn the wheel to make sure the cams catch when they're supposed to....

Happy fixing...

If your steering wheel looks like this, you probably have an airbag

Drive at about 10kmph into something solid.

Check out the passenger side dash, it will have "SRS" on the patch in the middle. I think pass airbag comes standard with drivers, no?
