I didn't want it, I've got a 93 unfortunately I spoke to him at length, and here's the details:
It is already apart, according to the guy selling it (Pat), so you'd just basically have to clean the mating surfaces, get some new head bolts and a gasket, and put it all back together. Closer to 180k, he said. He's looking for a quick sale, he has to move. His number is 302-5098 - call after 5:30.

I have a 4 cyl. engine for a 94 MX3, removed because of a blown head gasket, rebuildable, or tons of great parts. 170,000km when it died.

You realize that you, shades and PJ (ELMO) are the only ppl that really frequent the forums in the Vancouver area? Maybe post this in the MX-West forum.. But it is probably not worth your time

I didn't know that, actually. I figured I'd still post it here - if anyone was looking for an engine and was going to the meet in kelowna, I'd be willing to bring it up there for them.

yah, ive been thinking of making some for the mx-west site and the users can put their own name on them then card them out.

I almost went to the dark side and bought a G35 or 350Z today... The hunt for the mx-3 continues

Was thinking the same thing. When I was driving around looking for my car when it got stolen, I saw at least half a dozen mx3s in Mission alone... now when I drive to work that's another story - at least a couple of different ones a day.

I completely agree we should put together some kind of flyer to attract them here...
