So I've checked the forum's and haven't been able to find anything similiar to what I'm dealing with here, so here we go.
I have a 93 GS with the V6. Lately, especially in the colder weather I've been getting a wierd delay when starting.
The key turns fine. Everything is powered up as it's supposed to, but when the key hits the starting position, nothing happens. I hold it for a 3 count, and it finally starts.
Once the car is started I can shut it off, and re-start it with no lag whatsoever. Just the initial start when cold is when the the delay is.
Has anyone ever heard of this before? I'd like to look into it before the car leaves me stuck somewhere.
Thanks,
Kevin

hmmm mine did that a couple times on my 323... on really cold days, then one day it wouldnt go at all so we put it on the hoist and the copper wire on the starter motor was hanging on by 1 strand! ahah New starter and it was all good.
