Neons came with little blue condoms on their bulbs. Same size, too.

Pocket loot.

Well I got blue ones from a Dodge version. I can't recall the year. I believe it had a single centred speedo, and was an automatic.

I have a 12v battery I made. I used a 9v and two D cells wired in series to make 12v. The current abilities are low, but it makes sparks. I can power horns and I would assume some cluster lights, if you could find the relay.

If the bulbs are 194, toyota's came with the blue condoms on them. You can also get them from a toyota dealer.

I've used http://www.autolumination.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and had pretty good luck with LED's... I've had some for over 5 years now and still work fine :)

also if you want some little condom caps I still have this bunch I'm not using... let me know if you are interested... took me forever to find them online. I used the red ones in my cluster on page 2 of my daily driver worklog. I didn't like the blue since it makes them a little washed out...
