Tapped Oil Pan Too Low? B6DE

Post by rsxero »

I have a 1994 mx3 rs. B6 DOHC, I tapped my pan for turbo but I don't know If I tapped in the right place.
I tapped in front of the pan just below the lip. and for some reason when I disconnect the turbo return line to change it, oil pours out. I tapped as high as I could, why would this happen?

Thanks in advance

You tapped too low. Pretty sure youre supposed to tap into the mid pan.
